  5. Changing the toothbrush regularly; Toothbrush should be changed regularly for oral hygiene. Dentists recommend replacing the toothbrush every 3 months.
  6. Mouthwash; gargling with mouthwash as a final touch, which is indispensable for oral care; Mouthwash cleans the food residues between the teeth just like dental floss and it has an anti-bacterial effect.

What kind of a process is passed in Oral and Dental Care?

In oral and dental care applications, people get rid of tartar with the help of ultrasonic cleaners. It is recommended to clean the teeth regularly with dental floss, as plaque accumulation can lead to dental caries and gum disease.

To get the maximum benefit from floss, you can apply the following methods:

  1. Take about forty centimeters of floss, wrap most of the yarn around your middle fingers, leaving four or five centimeters of floss exposed for use.
  2. Holding the floss taut between thumb and forefinger, gently move up and down between your teeth.
  3. Keeping the floss stretched between thumb and forefinger, gently move it up and down between your teeth. Gently run the floss over all tooth surfaces and make sure the floss crosses the gum line. Do not force the floss as this may result in cutting or crushing of sensitive gingival tissue.
  4.  Use clean sections of floss as you move from tooth to tooth.
  5. To remove the floss, use the same back and forth motion to move the floss up and out of your tooth.

How Should Teeth Be Brushed?

Although proper brushing takes at least two minutes, or exactly 120 seconds, most adults don't brush their teeth that long. You can take the time to make sure you brush for at least two minutes. To brush your teeth properly, brush in short, gentle strokes, paying particular attention to the gumline and paying attention to reaching the back of the teeth, especially the areas around fillings, crowns and other restorations.
